I don't know if there's a problem with my install or if I'm doing something wrong, but in the transcript below there's this message: FML has found a non-mod file ComputerCraftPlusComputerCraftEdu1.74.jar in your mods directory. I tried searching for a block called 'turtle' but it showed nothing. It shows only the standard graphical menu of Minecraft blocks with 6 tabs across the top (5 + 1) and 6 tabs on the bottom, none of which are the ComputerCraft blocks, and there's no arrow to view additional tabs. Started Singleplayer and created a new world using Creative mode. The Mod List shows Minecraft Coder Pack, Forge Mod Loader, and Minecraft Forge. The splash screen now has the hammer & anvil and other new things when it's booting. Restarted Minecraft with the Forge profile, release 1.8-Forge11. The start screen now shows Minecraft 1.8, MCP v9.10, FML v8.0.99.99, Minecraft Forge 11.Ĭopied the ComputerCraftPluseComputerCraftEdu1.74.jar file into the mods folder. Started Minecraft and selected the Forge profile. Yesterday: Downloaded and installed Minecraft version 1.8.8.ĭownloaded the latest forge installer and ran it to install it. I'm a long-time Minecraft user, but I started over clean yesterday in order to diagnose the problem.
